The Guy Behind the Tie

My name is John Johnson. I am  BEAUX TIE BBQ.

I grew up eating some of the best barbecue tucked in the foothills of Tennessee, riding along with my father and his travels.  I remember slabs of ribs and pork shoulder served simply -- with white bread, pickles, and smooth sauce that made you pucker and smile at the same time.
