The Guy Behind the Tie

My name is John Johnson. I am  BEAUX TIE BBQ.

I grew up tasting some of the best BBQ in the foothills of Tennessee with my Dad in his travels. I remember getting slabs of ribs and pork shoulder with some white bread, pickles, and smooth sauce that made you pucker and smile at the same time. I have taken those down home flavors and created BBQ ELEVATED. I make everything with love you can taste and create an experience you will not soon forget. I cook the way I do to honor the traditions of my past and my family and bring those flavors to you.
